Care & Recovery

POST-HOSPITAL

Cherry Brook’s short-term rehabilitation and post-hospital care includes orthopedic, cardiovascular, neurological, and post-surgical recovery and rehabilitation, to name a few. Their team also specialize in those with medically complex care, and traditional long-term skilled nursing care. Cherry Brook’s ultimate goal is to safely return patients to their homes, or other appropriate levels of care.
